Shri Vrinda Group describes itself as a Mathura-based developer that has been building since 2000. Its website lists nine residential projects in and around Vrindavan, Barsana, Radha Kund, Govardhan and Gokul, in three groups: ongoing, completed and upcoming.
This site gives each project its own page. Every page shows the developer's own status, plot sizes and indicative rate, the result of a UP RERA search made on 10 Oct 2026, a map search for the locality, a buyer checklist and an FAQ. The table below puts the nine side by side.

UP RERA check for all nine projects
The developer's websites do not publish a UP RERA registration number for any of the nine projects. On 10 Oct 2026 we searched the registered, completed, abeyance, withdrawn and NCLT project lists on up-rera.in for each project name.
We found records named “SHRI VRINDA ORCHIDS” (UPRERAPRJ543985/01/2026) and two named “SHRI VRINDA ENCLAVE” (UPRERAPRJ583582/12/2024 and UPRERAPRJ362141). The developer does not say which registration covers the plots it sells, so we have not matched them, and the project pages explain the open questions. We found no record for Green, Aaradhya, Aaradhya Villa, Sharnam, Garden, Gokulam or Ksons Tattva. Gokulam's own website says its registration is in process.
A registration may exist under a name we did not search. Ask for the RERA certificate before booking any of them.

Where the Shri Vrinda Group projects are
The developer groups its projects around four localities. For Rukmani Vihar it says: an established residential zone with easy access to main Vrindavan. For Barsana: home to the revered Radha Rani Temple. For Raal Road, Radha Kund: close to sacred kunds and popular pilgrim routes. For VIP Ram Tal Sunrakh Road: a premium corridor connecting key parts of Vrindavan. Garden is in Goverdhan, Mathura, and Gokulam is in Mahavan, Gokul, Mathura.

Each project page has its own map search, and this site gives no distances because the developer states none for the sites.

How to compare these projects
Start with the RERA certificate
Ask for the certificate for the project you like and check its number on up-rera.in. Two of the nine have a record we found by name; none has a number on the developer's website.
Compare like with like
Plot rates are per sq.yd and villa rates are stated per sq.yd too. A villa rate is not comparable with a plot rate until you know what each includes.
Treat status labels as the developer's
Ready to Move, Under Construction and Pre-Launch are the developer's labels. Check the site and ask for the schedule in writing.
Read the developer's own claims as claims
Where a project page states an approval or a designer, it is the developer's statement. Ask for the document and verify it with the authority named.

- Are the Shri Vrinda Group projects registered with UP RERA?
- The developer does not publish a registration number for any of them. On 10 Oct 2026 we found UP RERA records by name for Orchid and Enclave, which we have not matched to the plots sold, and none for the other seven. Ask for the RERA certificate before booking.
- Do Gokulam and Ksons Tattva have their own pages?
- Gokulam has its own website, shrivrindagokulam.in, and Ksons Tattva has its own page on shrivrindagroup.in. Each has a page here that separates what the developer states from what we could verify.
- What should I check before booking any of them?
- Check the RERA certificate, the title documents, the approved layout plan, the rate and area in the agreement and the account you pay into. The developer itself advises consulting an independent advisor or bank for legal and loan advice.
